Tom Boyle

Founder & Director

Agricultural Investment & Regenerative Farming | Youth Social Enterprise

Tom Boyle has over 30 years of experience across Australian agriculture. His journey began as a teenager, establishing a livestock contracting business and purchasing his first agricultural property. His career has since spanned livestock production, international wool markets, meat processing, agricultural advisory and investment.

During his early farming years, Tom discovered a passion for mentoring young people, witnessing firsthand how practical experiences could build confidence, independence and ambition.

In 2010, he leased out his farm and moved to Melbourne to pursue an initiative called Courageous. Over three years, he worked alongside numerous youth and community organisations, developing a vision for sustainable, business-supported youth programs.

Today, Courageous Farms combines Tom's agricultural expertise and investment experience with his belief that financial understanding, practical skills and confidence give young people the freedom to pursue their dreams.
